Knowledge
Sharing knowledge and experience is, for me, essential.
I do this through four key areas: educating students, supporting the professional development of colleagues, inspiring young people as they choose their career path, and empowering organisations.
Here, you can explore the different ways we can work together.
Educate
Since 2018, I have contributed to the training of future osteopaths as a clinical placement tutor on higher education Osteopathy courses in Portugal. During clinical placements, I aim to encourage clinical reasoning and a practice grounded in rigour, ethics and a person-centred approach.

Develop
An osteopath’s journey does not end with a degree.
It is through daily practice that challenges arise which formal education cannot anticipate, and this is where guidance from someone with experience can make a difference.
Through mentoring, I support young osteopaths at the beginning of their careers, as well as colleagues who want to deepen their practice and develop their professional identity. Mentoring can be arranged in different formats, durations and channels, either in person or online, depending on each colleague’s goals and motivation.
Two formats are currently available:
Clinical Immersion Programme
An immersive experience in clinical reasoning and practice, designed to review and deepen skills in a structured way.
It is organised into three stages: clinical audit, development and follow-up.
Mentoring Sessions
To address a specific question, a challenging case, a career decision, or a question that remains unresolved.
The number of sessions is agreed according to individual needs.
Inspire
Choosing a profession is an important decision, and it should be grounded in real-life experiences.
The educational projects I develop give young people the opportunity to discover osteopathy in an engaging and participatory way, helping them understand the role of an osteopath, the academic pathway and the reality of the profession.
The aim is to spark curiosity, answer questions and contribute to more informed career choices.
Three projects, three ways to discover the profession:
A Morning as an Osteopath
For groups who want to experience the profession from the inside.
A career guidance programme in a real-life setting, designed for secondary school groups.
Over the course of a morning, students learn about the education and training, skills and day-to-day reality of working as an osteopath, and observe a live consultation.
A practical complement to the career guidance work carried out by schools.
Meet the Profession
For schools that want to bring osteopathy into the classroom.
Lycée Français International do Porto, 13th Careers Forum, February 2026.
Conversations with secondary school students about education and training, the skills required and the reality of the profession, with plenty of opportunity for questions.
Conversations with an Osteopath
For those considering becoming an osteopath.
One-to-one sessions with young people considering a career in Osteopathy, offering an opportunity to ask questions about education and training, the profession and their own profile. Available in person or online.
Before choosing a course, there are questions that only someone who works in the profession can answer.
Empower
The fatigue that builds up. The tension no one sees. The pain people learn to live with. Work leaves its mark on the body and mind long before it results in absence.
Caring for people before that happens is the most direct way to empower an organisation.
The programmes I have developed, drawing on my clinical experience and a methodology of my own, support the physical and mental health of each person, as well as their wellbeing at work. They can be adapted to each organisation’s context, combined with one another or co-created with the organisation itself.
Each programme takes the shape of the organisation it serves.
The details of each programme are presented in the proposal, after listening to the organisation — Listen, design and intervene.
The missing map.
The starting point for understanding where work is taking its toll on the bodies of your teams.
The body always has something to say.
An individual assessment of the impact work has on the body of those who spend hours repeating the same movement, sitting in the same chair or performing the same physical effort.
The workplace shapes the body too.
A clinical assessment of the working environment and equipment, which may be asking more of the body than they should.
Understanding the body to care for it.
For curious teams who want to understand the causes of their discomfort and what they can do to help themselves.
Osteopathy in motion.
For organisations looking for a different and memorable way to approach health and wellbeing.
With two signatures.
A programme developed together, tailored to the organisation’s specific challenge.
Workshops and Talks
Each one can be adapted and reimagined for a new audience.
